Upgrade or Troubleshoot Your Xfinity Service

To Check the signal for Xfinity

  • On the small boxes, if the green light is flashing twice, it most likely needs to be activated. Call the Xfinity number that appears on the TV screen.
  • Use the remote and press the info button and hold 15 seconds. Scroll down to the Tuner Status and press ENTER. If the signal is reading -50, there is a signal (wiring) problem. -18 to +20 is good.

To Upgrade Your Current Service Only
If you wish to upgrade to receive DVR, HBO, internet, phone or any other up-gradable services, you will need to call Xfinity at the above phone number to schedule additional services.

Turn RIGHT on Park Lane (just past the Sugar & Spice restaurant)

Continue on Park Lane. The road turns into Post Road. Continue on Post Road until your reach the traffic light/intersection on Route 7 (Main Street)

Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Route 7

Travel approximately 1/3 mile. The Xfinity Service Center will be on your right.

Xfinity Tech Support for Sunrise Condo Association Only

On February 21, 2019 the new Xfinity Community Bulk Cable TV Agreement went into effect for SCA.  The service remains the same as the previous agreement, including two cable connections and high definition.
