Early Winter Preparation
Like squirrels gathering nuts, leaves falling off trees, moms baking pumpkin pies, skiers/riders inspecting the equipment to make first turns, and most important: the Sunrise Annual Member Meeting will kick off the winter season. Reserve this date: Saturday, December 6th! We will be emailing SHA and your COA packets to you very soon. Please make sure you read the documents carefully, print your proxy, fill it out COMPLETELY, sign it, and return it to us as soon as possible. Our bylaws state we must complete a quorum to hold all of the association annual meetings. Below is the schedule for each of the meetings:

3:00pm Sunrise Homeowners Association
Immediately following the Sunrise Homeowners Association meeting is our annual cocktail party at the Sunrise Café. If you are new to the Sunrise community, this is a great way to learn about your COA, the Sunrise Homeowners Association, and meet your neighbors.

Boiler Services
As winter approaches, the office would like to update our heating service provider list, including service contracts. If you have already given us that information for the 2014 and 2015 winter season, thank you! If you have not, please contact us with whom you want us to contact if there is a problem with your heating system while you are away. If you are not sure who to use, we have a list of heating service providers to choose from. It is very important to have that information so we can avoid delays and serious complications if your boiler malfunctions.
