President’s Week Activities

President’s week is nearing and the staff at Sunrise cannot wait to see everyone. In honor of our late Presidents, we will be celebrating all week with free activities and extended hours at the Sunrise Café! While planning for this Presidential Birthday Bash, we kept our esteemed owners in mind and are teaming up with Montgomery Adventures on February 16^th to host free dog sled rides on the Sunrise property. As you know, all winter activities are weather dependent so the agenda is apt to change. Please be sure to check the Presidential Birthday Bash agenda on a regular basis which is located at the top of the homepage on our website.

 

Presidential Birthday Bash

Feb.13^th through Feb. 21^st

DOG SLEDDING Feb 16^th 5:00pm-7:00pm

“Mush! Gee! Haw!” Montgomery Adventures is visiting Sunrise with their teams of dogs to take you for a FREE ride right here at Sunrise Mountain Village. Meet us Outback at Falls Brook Common where you will find FREE FOOD, Backyard Games and more! BYOB. This is a first come first serve event that you don’t want to miss!

 

SNOWSHOE TREK Feb 13^th & 14^th, 19^th & 20^th 3:00pm-4:30pm

Join Greg and Alice for a complimentary Snowshoe Trek along the moderate trails at Sunrise. This adventure will close at the Hideout Camp where tasty soup, snacks, hot cocoa, a fire and music await! For the 21+ crowd, feel free to bring your own adult beverage to enjoy at the Hideout Camp.

Snowshoes are available at the snowshoe hut. As usual, be sure to sign them out. Please call 802-422-9494 if you plan to join us!

SATURDAY’S OUTBACK AT FALLS BROOK COMMON Feb. 13^th & 20^th 5pm-8pm

Enjoy complimentary hot cocoa and cookies by a warm camp fire Outback at Falls Brook Common. Music will be playing and the ice pond will be open for skating and puff hockey. BYOB.
