Rake, Paint, and Remodel

Spring clean-up is happening all over the Sunrise Village. Raking leaves, collecting fallen branches, repairing walkways and planting perennials is keeping the Sunrise maintenance crews busy this time of year. In a few weeks, the staff will transition to maintenance projects on owners’ units. We have quite a few projects already scheduled for painting and replacing windows.

If your unit is in need of a maintenance project, we will be happy to schedule a free estimate for you.  Our staff can provide a variety of services including interior painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, deck staining, and window/ slider replacements. Our staff has worked on the community units for quite a few years, and has a good handle on estimating costs and performing services.
