Annual Association Meetings: PROXIES NEEDED!
The Sunrise Homeowners Association will be held on Saturday, December 1st at Falls Brook Common. We are still in need of completed proxies for all four Associations. If you have not already done so, please be sure to complete and return the proxies for both associations whether you plan on attending or not as we need to meet a legal quorum to conduct our business.

Immediately following the Sunrise Homeowners Association meeting is our annual cocktail party at the Sunrise Café! Please return all proxies prior to or during this reception.
Falls Brook Common Hours
Starting this past weekend we have begun to switch over to the Winter season schedule for the Sports Center and the office. Our hours will be as follows:
November 17th – November 22nd
Office & All Sports Center Facilities: 9am-5pm Saturday-Thursday (open on Thanksgiving)
November 23rd – December 1st
Office & All Sports Center Facilities: 9am-5pm Sunday-Thursday 9am-9pm Friday’s & Saturday’s
Friendly Reminders
Warm up & Key Requests: All warm up & key requests must be placed by 12pm the day the request is needed.
Self-Managed Requests: Those who self-manage their rentals are responsible for notifying staff of their incoming arrivals as far in advance as possible. Rental notifications should include your unit number, the arrival and departure date, and, the last name the rental is reserved under. All rental notifications should be emailed to reception@sunrisevt.com. If you have a last minute, same day arrival, please call the office via 802-422-9494.
Thermostat Settings: During weekly walkthrough inspections, our staff sets thermostats of unoccupied units to 55° or higher (unless there is a note on the thermostat stating otherwise). Please note, we do not touch thermostats that are remotely controlled by homeowners.
- If you have a digital thermostat with an automated schedule, please make sure your schedule is set to always be 55° or higher.
- If you have a thermostat that you can control remotely, please be sure the temperature is set to always be 55° or higher.

The closest parking to Sunrise with Shuttle Access to the event will be the Skyeship Gondola Park and Ride on Route 4.
