OCCUPANCY LIMITS
We remind all our homeowners that each unit has an occupancy limit imposed by the Town of Killington for purposes of fire safety. Please abide by these occupancy limits.

INSPECTIONS
- Inspections will be conducted on a weekly basis unless you have requested a temporary suspension.
- Keep in mind during the winter these inspections are important for the safety of everyone’s unit.
- It is important for everyone’s wellbeing that you inform the office of your arrival and departure; please update the office by email to ralmo@sunrisevt.com.
- Our inspection teams are instructed to wear masks and booties when in your unit and to wipe down all surfaces with which they made contact (e.g., door handles, thermostats).
KEYS
- Please inform us by email to ralmo@sunrisevt.com 24 hours in advance. Please include who is to be able to access the unit as well as their length of stay.
- Keys will be placed at the units under the door mat or between the storm and entry door.
- Keys can only be picked up at Falls Brook Common for emergency reasons and scheduled vendor appointments.
- Please inform us by email to ralmo@sunrisevt.com of any planned vendors that will need access to your unit. We will not let a vendor into any unit without the owner’s permission.
