Windy and frigid weather is expected, temperatures will be below zero.

Please refrain from using your fireplace during this cold snap. It may seem like a good idea at the time, but, if your thermostat is warmed up by the fire, it will not trigger your boiler to run. If your boiler does not run, your pipes could freeze or burst.

Don’t sweat it if you are not at Sunrise to check your thermostats! Our unit inspection team is out and about helping to cozy up your unit by opening cabinets under sinks, double checking boilers, and making sure your thermostats are up.
