DOGS AT SUNRISE

 Leash Law & No-Dog Zones:

In line with the Killington Town dog ordinance, all dogs at Sunrise must be on a leash. Outback at Falls Brook, dogs are not allowed in the pool or pool area. Dogs are welcome to wade in the pond should they need to cool off on a hot summer day. 

Doody Duty:

Please remember to do your dog parenting duty of cleaning up after your four-legged children. Whether Fido goes “number two” in the front of your unit or out on the trails, you are responsible to follow the Killington Town dog ordinance which is enforced here at Sunrise.

***If you rent your unit as “pet friendly,” please relay this reminder to renters and your rental agency. We find posting a notice on the interior of your entryway to be most effective. ***

 

BEAR UPDATE

Thank you to all who are contributing towards our mission to deter bear activity here at Sunrise. In the past three weeks, as a result of homeowners and their guests adhering to the trash drop-off schedule, there has been a tremendous decrease in the number of reported bear incidents at Sunrise. Your efforts are appreciated. Please note, in the upcoming weeks, Sunrise will be receiving several prototypes of bear proof bins. Further correspondence will be sent regarding the trial of the new bear bins once they arrive.
