Memorial Weekend Reminder

Based upon many years of occupancy and amenity usage history, we have learned that from our spring closing date, community occupancy is virtually nonexistent until school is let out for the year and the advent of summer. While Memorial Day weekend does see a slight increase in occupancy, the next month is again, vacant. The Sports Center and office will be closed Memorial Weekend (Saturday May 28th through Monday, May 30^th).

Saturday, June 25th, all Sports Center facilities will reopen and our hours of operation will convert to our summer schedule of being open daily, 9am-5pm. Please note, the outdoor hot tub is closed until next ski season.

There is no trash pickup on Saturday’s or Sunday’s. Please bring any trash to the trash hut closest to your unit Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM. If you are leaving town on a weekend day, please leave the trash in your unit and notify the office so we can arrange for pick up the next operating business day.

If you visit Memorial Day weekend, please take a moment to look around your unit, inside and outside, for any possible maintenance projects you would like addressed. Our maintenance schedule is filling up fast so let us know ASAP. If your request is time sensitive, be sure to include that information so we can confirm if we can meet your deadline.

Just when we thought Sunrise was welcoming summer, good ol’ Mama Nat pulled a 180 on us and showered 5” of snow at the top of Killington Sunday evening! Check out the pictures below:
