Service de Conciergerie S’il Vous Plaît!

The SHA appreciates your calls and emails to us for “fixing up what needs fixing” in your unit. We believe in providing quality work, along with very competitive labor rates, and would like to continue with providing the services on a timely basis.  However, due to our maintenance staff shortage, we are experiencing delays in scheduling the jobs. Like your own weekend “hubby-do” list, we prioritize the jobs based on when they are received, and if we have the materials on hand to complete it.

But what happens when you have a minor job that requires immediate attention?  We now offer a “concierge service” for the rate of $50. The concierge service assigns your job to the top of the list of scheduled jobs for the day. Jobs that would be considered as minor are:

  • Clogged drains
  • Light switch replacements
  • Battery replacement for locks
  • Wood deliveries

This $50 service will be in addition to the cost of labor and parts to perform the requested task. So, if you have a job that you think fits the description of the concierge service, please contact us. Merci!
