Summer Is Leaving…Fall Is Approaching…Winter Is Next!

The hint of fall is tapping us on the shoulder. The leaves are changing along the mountain sides, the early season apples can be found at farmers markets, and the morning air has that crisp coolness of autumn.

Annual Rental Service Fees
For homeowners who rent their units, the rental fee will remain the same as last year’s reduced rate of $150 per bedroom. This long-standing policy was instituted as a means of offsetting increased expenses to the association as a result of higher usage of community services, plus, the extra time the Sunrise staff takes to ensure your guests are provided excellent customer service while staying at Sunrise.

Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub
The outdoor pool is now closed for the season. The outdoor hot tub will be closed until the snow flies and Killington opens for the winter season. We may open the outdoor hot tub for a few weekends in the foliage season. This would be weather and attendance dependent.

Sunrise Web Site
There is a new addition to the web site. We have added a downloadable Sunrise Community map for homeowners and guests. The Sunrise Community Map button is located on the left navigation bar on every page of the web site. Click on the button to view and print. The page is set up for printing on legal size (8.5 x 14); however select the shrink-to-fit option on your printer to print regular size (8.5 x 11).
